I just want to thank you all so much for the support you showed us on this service issue.  This was a VERY important customer to Parks Coffee and the failure happened on the initial start up and became a very sensitive issue. The fact that you guys jumped right on this and not only made the initial call so quickly but returned to complete on such short notice in the heat of the summer, is greatly appreciated.  This is the kind of great service that we have always received from you guys but too often we don’t tell you how much we appreciate you.
