Refrigeration PM Technician (Entry-Level)
Job Type: Full Time
Location: Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex – Dispatch from home and work in surrounding areas.
Basic Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- HVAC/R training or related education may be considered.
- Must be EPA certified.
- Valid Driver’s License with acceptable driving record.
- Insurance requires those operating company vehicles to be 21 years of age or older.
Responsibilities Include:
- Provide maintenance such as cleaning, replacing filters, and more on commercial refrigeration equipment and ice machines.
- Operate hand tools and power tools.
- Operate a commercial vehicle and trailer in a safe manner and adhere to all company safety requirements.
- Work on-call nights and weekends when assigned.
- Effectively communicate with the customer, and work independently under pressure, and without close supervision.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to exert up to 150 pounds of force (pulling, pushing, lifting, carrying, etc.) regularly and up to 50-75 pounds of force frequently without assistance.
- Ability to climb and work from 8ft ladder, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, reach, stand, walk, twist, grasp to perform essential job functions.
- Ability to tolerate environmental conditions consisting of extreme heat, cold, noise, vibration, fumes, dust, and poor ventilation.

Refrigeration Service Technician
Job Type: Full Time
Location: Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex – Dispatch from home and work in surrounding areas.
Basic Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Must be EPA certified.
- 2-3 years of experience with refrigeration.
- Must be registered with the Texas Department of Licensing and Registration (TDLR).
- Valid Driver’s License with acceptable driving record.
- Insurance requires those operating company vehicles to be 21 years of age or older.
- Industry certifications such as CFESA, NATE, and FACTORY are preferred.
Responsibilities Include:
- Troubleshoot, repair, and perform maintenance on refrigeration equipment such as reach-in and walk-in units, cooler display cases, ice machines, salad tables, frozen beverage, and beer systems, etc.
- Read and understand wiring diagrams and schematics.
- Handle R-290 and other refrigerants, brazing and soldering.
- Operate a commercial vehicle in a safe manner and adhere to all company safety requirements.
- Effectively communicate with the customer, and work independently under pressure, and without close supervision.
- Work on-call nights and weekends when assigned.

- Exert up to 150 pounds of force (pulling, pushing, lifting, carrying, etc.) regularly and up to 50-75 pounds of force frequently without assistance.

Basic Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1-2 years of experience with commercial kitchen installations or equivalent construction experience including framing, carpentry, plumbing, piping and/or electrical.
- Valid Texas Driver’s License with acceptable driving record.
Responsibilities Include:
- Work on-site to set up, program, dismantle and reconstruct commercial kitchen equipment when necessary.
- Must be able to read and understand English written wiring diagrams and schematics.
- Must be able to operate hand tools, power tools, gauges, meters, hoists, rigging equipment, torches and measuring equipment to perform service of the unit.
