Chris New Celebrates 20 years at RSI

How has your role changed since you first started?

 My role has changed drastically from my first day. I started out as a kid 20 years ago as a PM tech. My daily role now is to make sure my group can run as efficient as possible and taking care of the customer needs.

What would you consider to be your biggest achievement(s) while working here?

Becoming a regional supervisor, as well as a Master Certified Technician.

Favorite work-related memory?

I think of some of the amazing views I have seen in the middle of the night on roof tops, the people we meet out on the jobs, and the jobs I never thought I would get done, but made me better.

What advice would you give to new employees just starting their journey with us?

Listen to the senior guys – there is so much to learn and take advantage of what they are teaching you.

What are your hobbies/interests outside of work?

Fishing, grilling and anything with cars.
