RSI Promotes Troy Watson to Supervisor

Refrigerated Specialist Inc. (RSI) is delighted to announce the promotion of Troy Watson to Dallas Zone Supervisor!

Watson joined RSI in 2014 as an entry-level trainee. During his first interview with RSI President and Owner, Scott Hester, his distinctive appearance – long hair, a handlebar mustache, and tattoos – left a lasting impression. When told that his long hair may pose a safety hazard and it needed to be OSHA compliant, he took the initiative and cut it off before the next time Hester saw him a few days later. This reaffirmed his commitment and seriousness about the career he was undertaking.

An employment offer followed. Since then, Watson has progressed from the bottom of the ladder up to a Master Technician and Trainer before reaching his current role as Supervisor by taking advantage of the opportunities this trade offers participants who engage it.

Throughout his time at RSI, Watson’s personal life has also seen significant milestones. He married and started a family, while achieving the dream of homeownership with his wife. This is a testament to his determination and commitment to securing a better future for himself and his loved ones.
