Josh Bridgewater Earns Associate Degree Through RSI’s Tuition Reimbursement Program
This fall, Josh Bridgewater graduates from Dallas College with an Associate’s with the help of RSI’s tuition reimbursement program.
When Josh started at RSI 22 years ago, he didn’t know this would be a life-long career.
“But when I looked at the opportunities that the company offered, I saw a chance to better myself,” Josh said.
He started at the bottom and took college classes in the evenings and online for about four years. Eventually, he took a break from classes. He felt he could learn everything he needed to through field training and manufacturer classes. However, after some life changes, he made it a goal to finish what he started and get his degree.
“RSI was reimbursing me for the classes I was taking, so free school, right?” Josh said. “I have spent very little money on my classes.”
When CFESA started a scholarship program for the food equipment service industry a few years ago, Josh decided to apply. In 2019, Josh was one of the first to receive the CFESA Cares Scholarship, which he used towards completing his degree.
“This fall I will be graduating with my associate degree for HVACR, a path I started many years ago and am finally completing,” Josh said. “Thank you to RSI and CFESA for affording me the opportunity to get a degree with little money out of my own pocket.”
Congratulations Josh!
