CFESA Insider Feature: “A Family Business”

Since 1978, RSI has been a family business. Started by Marvin and Scott Hester, the two brothers have built RSI into the business that it is today. Scott recently wrote about RSI’s humble beginnings and how the company has gotten where it is today in the latest CFESA Insider.

CFESA (Commercial Food Equipment Service Association) sets the standard for service excellence in the foodservice equipment industry. Their magazine is a quarterly publication containing information for and about the food service equipment industry.

As a CFESA-certified company and member since 1994, Scott describes RSI’s involvement with CFESA as “an outlet for us to share and more importantly, be part of something greater than we would otherwise be.”
