RSI Training – Spin the Wheel in PM Class

As entry-level technicians, our RSI PM technicians are in the early stages of learning the trade. We offer them paid training opportunities to help them advance in their career at RSI. This ranges from hands-on training to fun games. In February, our PM supervisor, Mark Montgomery, created a “Spin the Wheel” game for them to compete against each other.
The technicians had a lot of fun working together while answering a wide range of refrigeration questions and performing tasks. The technicians earned points for their team from answering questions correctly. Once they answered a question correctly, they could take the risk of spinning the wheel where they would either win big or lose all of their team’s points.
